This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs the refund and cancellation procedures for our AI jewelry photography services. By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by this Policy.

Credit Purchases

One-Time Credit Packs

Unused Credits: Unused credits are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. After 6 months, any remaining credits will expire automatically.
Refund Eligibility: Unused credits may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not been used.
Process: To request a refund for unused credits, contact our support team at support@jewelora.io with your order details.

Subscription Plans (Starter, Pro, Business)

Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the cycle has started. If you cancel, you will retain access to your plan's features and credits until the end of the current billing period.
Yearly Subscriptions: Yearly subscriptions are non-refundable after the 14-day trial period. If you cancel within the first 14 days, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.
Credits Distribution: Credits are distributed monthly for yearly subscriptions. Once credits have been distributed for a month, they are non-refundable for that month.

AI-Generated Images

Usage: Credits are consumed when you generate AI photos. Once credits are used to generate images, they are considered consumed and are non-refundable.
Quality Guarantee: We strive to provide high-quality AI-generated images. If you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact our support team within 7 days of generation. We may offer additional credits for re-generation on a case-by-case basis.
Commercial Use: Images generated with paid plans include commercial usage rights. Free tier images do not include commercial usage rights.

Cancellation Procedure

How to Cancel

Log in to your account
Navigate to Settings → Billing
Click on Cancel Subscription
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete cancellation

What Happens After Cancellation

You will retain access to your plan's features and remaining credits until the end of the current billing period
After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to the Free tier
Your remaining credits will remain valid until their expiration date

Exceptions

Free Tier: The Free tier does not require a subscription and cannot be cancelled
Promotional Credits: Any promotional or bonus credits are non-refundable and expire according to their stated terms
Special Offers: Terms of any special offers or promotions will be stated at the time of purchase

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or by posting a notice on our website.
