2. Violence / Gore

You must not generate content depicting:

• Violent acts, physical assault, or injury
• Blood, gore, or bodily harm
• Weapons used in threatening or violent contexts
• Content that glorifies or promotes violence

3. Hate Speech / Discrimination

You must not generate content that promotes, encourages, or justifies:

• Hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
• Discriminatory stereotypes or offensive caricatures
• Content that dehumanizes or promotes violence against protected groups

4. Child Unsafe Content

You must not generate any content involving minors or that could be considered unsafe for children, including:

• Images of minors in inappropriate contexts
• Content that could be harmful or exploitative to children
• Any content violating child protection laws

5. Deepfake / Impersonation

You must not use our service to:

• Create deepfake videos or images of real persons without their consent
• Impersonate or defame any individual, public figure, or organization
• Create misleading or fabricated content presented as real

6. Copyright / Trademark Infringement

You must not generate content that:

• Reproduces copyrighted works without authorization

Violation Handling Mechanism

When we detect or receive reports of content violations, we may take the following actions based on the severity:

2. Usage Warning: First-time minor violations may result in a warning with the content removed.
3. Temporary Suspension: Accounts with repeated or moderate violations may be temporarily suspended.
4. Permanent Ban: Serious or repeated violations will result in permanent account termination without refund.
5. Legal Action: For severe violations involving illegal content, we may pursue legal action and cooperate with law enforcement authorities.
